Gojambi.id. Jakarta- Sekjen Kemhan Letjen TNI Tri Budi Utomo menghadiri rapat Panja RUU pengelolaan ruang udara di Badan Legislasi DPR RI, Kamis (04/09/2025).
Rapat terbuka ini dipimpin Endipat Wijaya selaku pimpinan Panja dengan agenda membahas penyempurnaan RUU berdasarkan daftar inventarisasi masalah (DIM).
RUU disusun untuk menjamin kedaulatan penuh atas wilayah udara nasional hingga 110 km, mengatur pemanfaatan strategis bagi pertahanan, penerbangan, ekonomi, sosial budaya dan lingkungan.
Termasuk penetapan kawasan udara terlarang, terbatas, berbahaya, (Air Defence Identification Zone/ADIZ), serta subantariksa Indonesia, guna memperkuat kedaulatan, keamanan dan keselamatan nasional.
” Secretary General of Ministry of Defence, Lieutenant General TNI Tri Budi Utomo, attended the Working Committee Meeting on the Draft Law on Airspace Management at the House of Representatives’ Legislative Body, Thursday (4 September).
The open meeting was chaired by Endipat Wijaya as Head of the Working Committee (Panja) with the agenda of refining the draft law based on the Inventory of Problems (DIM).
The draft law is designed to ensure full sovereignty over Indonesia’s national airspace up to 110 km, regulating its strategic use for defence, aviation, economy, socio-cultural development, and environment.
It also covers provisions on restricted, prohibited, hazardous airspace, the air defence identification zone (ADIZ) and Indonesia’s sub-orbital space to reinforce sovereignty, security and national safety.” Mustopa.
